PW Oldenburger is founder and Lead Architect of XCOM.DEV and responsible for the vision, strategic direction, technical architecture and development of the platform. He specialises in designing and implementing scalable, AI-driven intelligence solutions that support organisations in cyber intelligence, fraud detection and digital risk analysis.

His expertise lies at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cyber security, OSINT, graph intelligence and entity correlation. By combining large volumes of digital signals, datasets and open sources, he develops systems that identify hidden connections, correlate digital identities and translate complex risks into reliable, explainable and directly usable intelligence.

With a strong focus on automation, explainable AI and modular architectures, he is building a future-proof intelligence ecosystem in which autonomous AI agents collaborate to support analysts, researchers and security teams in faster, more accurate and better substantiated decision-making.
